ACCOUNTING MALPRACTICE - The 7th Circuit found that US Web's agreement to be bought may have been influenced by KPMG's advice to Whittman-Hart, but that is irrelevant because US Web was doomed by the coming collapse of its "dot.com" market and so was not harmed by the advice.
