Dog turned on the stove

PHILADELPHIA, Penn. — A federal court in Pennsylvania dismissed manufacturing defect and warranty claims filed against Samsung after two homeowners’ dog inadvertently activated the front-facing burner knobs on their Samsung oven range. The homeowners missed repeated chances to adequately plead facts showing anything went wrong during the manufacturing process of the stove, or that it was unfit for its ordinary purpose of cooking.
