TUCSON (CN) - Wells Fargo charges customers for overdrafts though they have enough money in their accounts and creates "a line of credit on accounts without the customers' knowledge, thereby permitting overdrafting from the account and assessing overdraft fees," a class action claims in Federal Court. A similar class action was filed in Denver Federal Court.
