MONROE, Mich. (CN) - Parents say Trinity Lutheran School strip-searched their 12-year-old daughter, telling her, "The devil does his hardest work here," because a small amount of money was reported stolen. They demand punitive damages for assault and battery, privacy invasion, civil right violations, false imprisonment and distress, in Monroe County Court.
