BIRMINGHAM, ALA. (CN) - A woman whose husband sent her flowers at her office has sued the florist shop that delivered them. She says that as she carried the flowers to her desk, the glass vase broke, severing a tendon in her right thumb.
Brandy Sivley sued Dorothy McDaniel's Flowers in Jefferson County Court. She is represented by Eric Bonner.
