AUSTIN (CN) - The U.S. Small Business Administration has illegally adopted new "standard operating procedures" that limit Section 504 loans to nonprofit Certified Development Companies, which violates SBA rules and congressional intent, the Texas Certified Development Company Inc. claims in Federal Court.
