OAKLAND, CALIF. (CN) - Target Corp. refuses to produce documents or respond to a subpoena for information about its dumping of dangerous chemicals in trash, including refrigerants, propane and photo processing waste, the State of California claims in Alameda County Court. It sued on behalf of 20 counties that want the information too.
