Franklin Community (High) School, a public school, unconstitutionally punished and insists it will continue to punish a student who refuses to stand and pledge allegiance to the flag, the student says in Indianapolis Federal Court. He says the assistant principal told him "the school was 'expanding' the Indiana Code."
