ASHLAND, KY. (CN) - Grayson City Police Officer Clayton James, assigned to East Carter High School, sexually stalked, sexually solicited and sexually harassed an underage student, sent her sexually explicit emails, and when she and three teachers complained about this to principal Ada Steele, Steele refused to discipline him appropriately, the student claims in Federal Court.
