BALTIMORE (CN) - The City Paper and its reporter Van Smith falsely accused Nicholas Piscatelli of murdering two men, or arranging their murders, Piscatelli claims in City Court. The Dec. 6, 2006 and June 20, 2007 stories covered the trial of Anthony Jerome Miller, who was convicted of the murders, Piscatelli says. See complaint.
