Transgender policy

RICHMOND, Va. — The Virginia Supreme Court upheld the reinstatement of an elementary school gym teacher who was put on administrative leave after making comments at a public forum opposing a policy the Loudoun County School Board was considering that would require school staff to use students’ chosen names and gender pronouns.
