Abortion reversal ads

DENVER — A federal court in Colorado granted summary judgment to Christian clinics that sought to advertise and provide “abortion reversal” treatments to women, which the state banned under a consumer protection law in 2023. The clinics are motivated by sincerely held religious beliefs, and while the efficacy of the reversal is debatable, “nobody has been injured by the treatment and a number of women have successfully given birth after receiving it,” so the state has not shown a “compelling interest in regulating this practice.”
