BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. - A golfer claims Richard Smith fractured his skull by throwing "a golf club or other object," and that the co-defendant Town of Greenfield let Smith play on the course despite his history of throwing clubs when he's unhappy with his game, in Saratoga County Supreme Court.
