Army Obstacle Course At High School|Killed Her Son, Mother Says

CHICAGO (CN) - A boy died during "Wellness Day" while running an obstacle course that the U.S. Army set up at Downers Grove High School, his mother claims in Federal Court. Billy Pennington's mom says the Army should have known that children could hit their head at the bottom of an inflatable slide, as her son did on May 1, 2003. He died four days later.
