Base bribes

FALLS CHURCH, Va. — The Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals granted summary judgment to the federal government after a contracting officer and a subcontractor pleaded guilty to criminal misconduct for accepting bribes related to base engineering services at Joint Base Charleston in South Carolina.
