MANHATTAN – Bethenny Frankel filed a summons with notice for legal malpractice and fraud against Jaime Andrew Schreck, an attorney who represented the reality-television star “in connection with the ‘MYC Trust’ dated June 6, 2011, with Jason Hoppy and Bethenny Frankel, as trustors and the powers of attorneys allegedly notarized by Carol A. Hoppy.”
