CONROE, Texas — Pacific World Energy Ltd. sued PIE Investments LLC in Montgomery County Court, Texas, claiming it paid $100 million for 25 percent interest in the company, which had no oil and gas interests, as promised, and only $500,000 in assets, now reduced to $4,410.94.
