CHICAGO (CN) - A student sued Thornton Township High School and Kickert School Bus Line, claiming that when other students played with fireworks on the bus on July 11, the bus driver punished everyone by kicking them all off the bus, and the girl was abducted and gang-raped for hours while walking home through a crime-infested area.
