BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - A man convicted and pardoned for molesting a 13-year-old girl 19 years ago, when he was 17, sued the Jefferson County Sheriff to try to stop him from identifying him to the public, by name and photo, as a convicted sex offender, in Jefferson County Court.
