College Boss Says KBS-TV Defamed Him

LOS ANGELES (CN) - KBS-TV defamed Yuin University of Compton and its founder, Henry Yu, by broadcasting that Yuin is a "ghost university," Yu claims in Superior Court. Yu claims his college of acupuncture, business and theology has 300 students, who pay $15,000 tuition a year, that "90% of the Korean population watched the broadcast" on Sept. 2, 2007, and that it cost him 235 actual or potential students.
