Plantacor claims it invested $500,000 for Scott & White Memorial Hospital, Scott, Sherwood and Bindley Foundation, and Dr. Arthur Frankel to do research on a prospective cancer drug, CDIM-9, and they misused the money, costing Plantacor $25 million to $300 million, in Bell County Court, Texas.
