BOSTON - Alaunus Pharmaceutical, of Framingham, Mass., sued 38 people, anticipated plaintiffs against it, claiming it had nothing to do with the fungal meningitis outbreak attributed to the New England Compounding Center, also of Framingham, in Federal Court.
