Hann Financial Services defrauds consumers by charging exorbitant amounts for bogus "excess wear and tear" on leased vehicles, a class action claims in Kings County Court, Brooklyn. The named plaintiff says Hann charged her $1,536 for a car she returned in "superb condition."
