WASHINGTON (CN) - Terrorism expert Steven Emerson demands that the FBI turn over its files on him. Emerson says the FBI told him it has no records on him. Emerson doubts it. He also demands records on FBI involvement in a "Muslim Youth" camp.
Emerson's research and news organization, SAE Productions, filed the FOIA complaint Federal Court. Emerson is an award-winning investigative journalist and author. He is represented by Bradley Moss.
