Four companies and their two CEOs "operate an elaborate scheme to defraud debtors that are drowning in credit card and unsecured debt," a class action claims in San Francisco Federal Court. They sued Debt Resolution Partners, Freedom Debt Relief aka FDR, Global Client Solutions, Rocky Mountain Bank and Trust, Andrew Housser, and Bradford Stroh.
