Cubs & feds sign accessibility agreement

CHICAGO — The Chicago Cubs and the federal government signed a consent decree over wheelchair accessibility at Wrigley Field. Dozens of wheelchair-accessible spaces will be installed alongside companion seats, with sightline obstructions in front of them to be eliminated as well. Another 187 designated aisle seats will comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
