WASHINGTON (CN) - Del Monte Foods claims the U.S. Department of the Treasury and its Office of Foreign Assets Control are illegally denying and delaying issuance of a permit for Del Monte to ship foods to Iran. Del Monte claims Iran is not on either of the two "terrorist lists" that would prohibit the shipments. See the federal complaint.
