Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations also have been filed against these defendants: Staples, in Boston Federal Court; Globe Newspaper Co., in Suffolk County Court, Boston; Mazer Corp., for a mass layoff, in Dayton, Ohio, Federal Court; Rainbow USA, in Cook County Court; Ark of the New Covenant Church of God In Christ Inc., in Milwaukee Federal Court; Fletcher Supply Co., in Tuscaloosa Federal Court; and Robert Stafford Inc., in Tampa Federal Court.
