ATLANTA - The Crystal Group, of Lebanon, claims Black Velvet Entertainment and Frantz Florestal took $99,000 to book (nonparties) Kanye West and Timbaland for concerts, knowing that Black Velvet could not do so, in Fulton County Superior Court.
