Lynsi Smigo claims the New York Post defamed her in an April 23 article, "Opie Fiancee in Sex Video." Smigo, who is engaged to Gregg Hughes - Opie, of the "Opie and Anthony Show" - says there is no such video. She demands $5 million in New York County Court.
