LOS ANGELES (CN) - For the second quarter of this year, the European Union reported a deficit Thursday of 36.3 billion euro in overall trade, greater than the 18.1 billion euro deficit of the same quarter last year. The EU, however, maintained a surplus in trade of services, where they netted 17.4 billion.
