DECATUR, Ga. - An assistant manager claims Family Dollar store manager Derek Hammonds raped her in his office, and Family Dollar refused to discipline him despite her complaints of his continuing harassment. She sued only Family Dollar Stores of Georgia, in DeKalb County Court.
