SAN FRANCISCO - Graff Diamonds claims the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local Union No.22 interfered with commerce with a 20-foot tall, inflated "fat cat" holding a union man by the neck. Similar complaints have been filed about unions' use of a giant inflatable rat at nonunion work sites.
