LOS ANGELES (CN) - Two men have been arrested and charged with trying to take 10 thermal-imaging to China without export licenses. The cameras have military uses, federal prosecutors said. Arrested on criminal charges last weekend at LA International Airport were Tah Wei Chao, 52, and Zhi Yong Guo, 49, both of Beijing.
