Fighting to stay

LOS ANGELES — A Mexican national fighting deportation because his lawful resident status was revoked unbeknownst to him sued the U.S. State Department and other agencies for information on their procedures for revoking lawful resident statuses for reasons other than misconduct — information he also intends “widely disseminate” to others in the same predicament.
