RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Parents of the late Tyler Hilliard sued the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity — Pi Epsilon Chapter at UC Riverside in Superior Court, claiming their son died after weeks of hazing and an “initiation hike” on Mount Rubidoux.
