VICTORIA, TEXAS (CN) - In seven federal lawsuits, numerous rice farmers claim Bayer CropScience was grossly negligent in failing to keep genetically modified, pesticide-resistant "Liberty Link" rice out of their fields. Though Bayer decided not to sell the strain, farmers say it contaminated their fields with it.
