The city of Milwaukee, its sewer district and Veolia Water North America-Central have been sued in Milwaukee County Court by 251 residents of the Lincoln Creek and Lincoln Park neighborhoods for allegedly failing to maintain their sewer systems, causing the plaintiffs' basements to fill with raw sewage.
