NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Sarah Short claims U-Haul rented a truck to co-defendant Brendan Ross, who drove it into her, severely injuring her and killing her friend, Nancy Barry, at a tailgate party before the Nov. 11, 2011 Harvard-Yale game, in Superior Court.
