WOBURN, Mass. (CN) - A security guard at a Sheraton in Newton, Mass., sexually assaulted two minor boys and subjected one of them to "unpermitted, harmful and offensive touching," the boys' parents claim in Middlesex County Court.
Represented by W. Thomas Smith of Sugarman and Sugarman, the parents seek damages for alleged personal injuries and emotional distress.
