FORT WORTH (CN) - A man who says he was injured and incurred $3,970 in medical bills after he was rear-ended by another driver sued her and Allstate, which he says offered him only $75 for his pain, suffering and medical bills. Stephen Singler says Allstate made its offer in bad faith, increasing his pain and suffering.
