Three women sued State Farm, claiming that their boss, Carl Himel, owner of a State Farm franchise, sexually harassed them by "masturbating in and around his office, during normal business hours, and at times when plaintiffs and other female employees would enter Carl Himel's office," and in other ways, in Jefferson County Court, Texas.
