A woman who bought travel insurance for an around-the-world-trip says her insurers not only denied her claim when she was hospitalized in India, they denied they had sold her a policy at all. She sued Arch Insurance, Travel Insured International, National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, and Travel Guard Group, in Bexar County Court, San Antonio.
