(CN) - Illinois Democrat Jan Schakowsky introduced a bill, HR 2544, that would "Require the intelligence community to use only methods of interrogation authorized by the United States Army Field Manual on Human Intelligence Collector Operations." The bill was referred to the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
