FAIRFIELD, CALIF. (CN) - In our Ironic Complaint of the Day, a Sheriff's Department inspector sued Marathon Engineering Corp. in Solano County Court, claiming he was injured when an improperly attached rubber panel in the jail's new "Safety/Suicide cell" fell on him.
