LOS ANGELES - The Riverside County Sheriff's Department jailed a man in its Southwest Regional Detention Center in Murrieta with a violent schizophrenic, who beat him into unconsciousness, and he remains in a coma today, 2 months later, the victim's family claims in Federal Court.
