NEW ORLEANS (CN) - A mother and dad say their 23-year-old son was electrocuted while cleaning a Humvee in Iraq because KBR failed to ground a generator after repeated warnings about it.
Chris Everett's parents sued KBR, KBR Technical Services and Arkel International for wrongful death in Orleans Parish Court.
