LOS ANGELES (CN) - Macy's sells lead-contaminated Pecoware children's jewelry, the State of California claims in Superior Court. And, the state claims, Macy's and Pecoware label the jewelry as "lead nickel free." It seeks up to $2,500 in fines for each of 4,000 violations.
