The Levy Group demands $100 million from Liz Claiborne and LC Licensing, claiming Claiborne breached a licensing agreement allowing Levy to make and sell rainwear and similar goods under the Claiborne mark, but has decided to sell the goods at issue only to JC Penney, in New York County Court.
