DETROIT (CN) - A rival in the race for Detroit mayor claims NBA Hall of Famer Dave Bing should be disqualified because he doesn't really live in the condo he bought to run for office. Duane Montgomery sued pro se in Detroit Circuit Court. Bing, a shooting and playmaking guard, averaged 20.3 points a game in 12 years with the Pistons, who retired his number, 21.
